Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect through this site, who receives it, and why.

Last Updated: October 30, 2026

Ace Pallet Service (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a referral service. The website at acepalletservice.com (the “Site”) takes requests from people who want to buy, sell, recycle, repair or move pallets and passes them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes. This policy describes the information involved. If you do not agree with it, please do not submit the quote form.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you submit the quote form, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name, if you give one
  • City, state or province, and postal code
  • Quantity, product type, service and pallet grade
  • Anything you write in the message field
  • The address of the page you sent the form from

Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, the Site and its hosting provider receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To handle your request: your details are used so a partner supplier can prepare a quote and follow up with you.
  • To run and improve the Site: usage data shows how visitors use the Site and whether it works properly.
  • To protect the Site: technical data helps us stop spam and abuse of the form.
  • To meet legal obligations: we may use or disclose information where the law requires it.

3. Who Receives Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Your request is shared with:

  • The 1DB lead platform: form submissions are sent to 1DB, the platform that receives and routes requests.
  • Partner suppliers: suppliers in our network receive your request so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. Once a supplier has your details, its own privacy practices apply.
  • Service providers: companies that host the Site or provide its analytics process data on our behalf.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process.

4. Analytics and Cookies

The Site uses PostHog analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Visitors in Europe, and visitors whose browser sends a privacy signal, are counted without cookies or storage on their device. The Site sets no advertising cookies. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

5. Retention

We keep quote requests only as long as they are needed to handle the request and keep reasonable business records, then delete or anonymize them. Partner suppliers that receive a request keep it according to their own practices.

6. Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Contact

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. To make a request or ask a question about this policy, use the form on our contact page and put your request in the message field.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
