Our Accessory Lineup
Pallet Collars
Pallet collars are hinged wooden frames that attach to the top of a standard pallet, creating a rigid, stackable container without the need for separate boxes or crates. They fold flat when not in use, saving storage space, and can be stacked multiple layers high to accommodate varying product heights. Each collar typically adds 7 to 8 inches of wall height.
Collars are particularly popular in automotive and manufacturing supply chains where parts are shipped between facilities in returnable packaging. They protect contents from shifting, reduce the need for stretch wrap, and eliminate the cost of single-use corrugated boxes. Our collars are built from kiln-dried hardwood with galvanized steel hinges for durability in demanding industrial environments.

Strapping
We carry both polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) strapping in various widths and tensile strengths. Polypropylene strapping is the economical choice for light-to-medium loads, while polyester strapping provides higher tension retention for heavy loads and long-duration shipments where strap relaxation is a concern.
Steel strapping is also available for the heaviest industrial loads — lumber bundles, steel coils, and heavy machinery. We supply strapping in coils along with compatible seals, buckles, tensioning tools, and sealers. If you need a complete strapping system, we can package the strap, tools, and accessories together for a turnkey solution.

Stretch Wrap
Stretch film (stretch wrap) is the most common method of unitizing pallet loads. We stock hand-grade stretch film in 12 to 20 inch widths and 60 to 120 gauge thicknesses, as well as machine-grade rolls for automated stretch wrappers. Our cast stretch film provides excellent clarity and quiet unwind, while our blown stretch film offers superior puncture resistance for loads with sharp edges.
Pre-stretched film is also available for operations that want to reduce material consumption. Pre-stretched film is stretched at the factory so the operator does not need to apply tension during wrapping, reducing fatigue and improving consistency. It uses 30 to 50 percent less material per load compared to conventional stretch film.
Hand Grade
- • Width: 12", 15", 18", 20"
- • Gauge: 60 -- 120 (80 most common)
- • Roll length: 1,000 -- 1,500 feet

- • Gauge: 60 -- 100
- • Roll length: 5,000 -- 9,000 feet
- • Compatible with major wrapper brands
- • High-performance cast film
Pre-Stretched
- • Width: 15", 17", 20"
- • Pre-stretch ratio: 200 -- 300%
- • 30 -- 50% material savings vs. standard
- • Reduced operator fatigue
- • Consistent wrap tension
Corner Protectors
Corner protectors (also called edge boards or angle boards) are L-shaped strips of compressed cardboard, plastic, or foam that shield the edges and corners of palletized loads from damage during strapping, wrapping, and transit. They distribute the compressive force of strapping over a wider area, preventing strap dig-in that can crush or dent products.
We stock corner protectors in standard lengths (36, 48, and 60 inches) and thicknesses (0.120 to 0.250 inches). Custom sizes are available for non-standard pallet heights. For heavy or fragile loads, we recommend our reinforced cardboard corners with a 300-lb edge crush test rating.
Cardboard Corners
- • Thickness: 0.120", 0.160", 0.200", 0.250"
- • Leg size: 2x2, 2x3, 3x3 inches
- • Edge crush: 120 -- 300 lbs
- • 100% recyclable
- • Most cost-effective option
Plastic & Foam Corners
- • Material: HDPE, PP, EVA foam
- • Reusable -- 50+ use cycles
- • Higher impact absorption
- • Ideal for high-value products
- • Snap-on designs available
Anti-Slip Sheets
Anti-slip sheets (also called grip sheets or friction pads) are placed between layers of product on a pallet to prevent sliding and shifting. They are made from recycled paper coated with a high-friction surface and are the simplest, most cost-effective way to stabilize a pallet load without additional strapping or stretch wrap.
Anti-slip sheets increase the coefficient of friction between product layers from approximately 0.3 (standard cardboard on cardboard) to 0.7 or higher, cutting the risk of load shift dramatically. They are available in standard pallet sizes (48x40, 48x48, etc.) and custom cut sizes. Many customers use them in combination with reduced stretch wrap to lower total packaging costs while maintaining load stability.
Standard Grip Sheets
- • Material: recycled kraft paper with grip coating
- • Coefficient of friction: 0.65 -- 0.75
- • Sizes: 48x40, 48x48, 40x40, custom

Dunnage
Dunnage is any material used to fill voids, cushion products, and prevent movement within a pallet load during transit. We supply inflatable dunnage bags (airbags), foam sheets, corrugated dividers, and custom-cut foam inserts. The right dunnage selection prevents product-to-product contact, absorbs shock and vibration, and eliminates the shifting that causes transit damage.
Inflatable dunnage bags are the most versatile option — they inflate to fill any void shape and deflate for flat storage when not in use. We carry bags in standard sizes that fit between pallet rows, between pallets and trailer walls, and in overhead voids. For fragile products, our die-cut foam inserts provide product-specific protection engineered to the exact contour of your item.
Use case: Void fill, shock absorption, product separation, fragile item protection, trailer load stabilization.
RFID Tags
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tags enable automated tracking of pallets through supply chains. We offer both passive UHF RFID tags for standard tracking and rugged industrial RFID tags designed to survive the physical abuse of pallet operations. Tags can be integrated into the pallet structure during manufacturing or attached to existing pallets as aftermarket add-ons.
Pallet-level RFID tracking provides real-time visibility into your pallet inventory: location, trip count, cycle time, and loss rate. This data enables better pallet pool management, reduces losses, and supports compliance with customer mandates (many large retailers and DOD contractors now require RFID-tagged pallets). We can encode tags with your specific data formats and provide integration guidance for your warehouse management system.
Passive UHF Tags
- • Read range: 10 -- 30 feet
- • Frequency: 860 -- 960 MHz
- • No battery required

Packaging Optimization Tips
Smart accessory selection can dramatically reduce your packaging costs, damage rates, and labor time. Here are proven strategies from our team of pallet and packaging specialists.
Replace stretch wrap passes with anti-slip sheets
Many operations over-wrap pallets because the product layers slide without friction. Adding anti-slip sheets between layers can reduce your stretch wrap usage by 30 to 50 percent while actually improving load stability. At $0.25 to $0.50 per sheet, the ROI is immediate.
Use corner protectors to prevent strap damage
Strapping applied directly to product corners crushes and dents packaging, leading to customer complaints and returns. Corner protectors cost pennies per unit but prevent dollars of product damage. They also allow higher strap tension for better load unitization.
Switch to pre-stretched film for hand wrapping
Pre-stretched film uses 30 to 50 percent less material per pallet and requires less physical effort from operators. The reduced fatigue means more consistent wrap quality across the shift and fewer repetitive strain injuries.
Invest in pallet collars for returnable packaging
If you currently use corrugated boxes on pallets for inter-facility transfers, switching to pallet collars eliminates the recurring box cost. Collars last 5 to 10 years with proper care, and they stack flat for efficient return transport. The payback period is typically 3 to 6 months.
Right-size your dunnage
Over-stuffing voids with packing material wastes money and material. Under-filling leaves gaps where products shift and collide. Inflatable dunnage bags are the most efficient solution because they conform to the exact void shape and can be deflated for flat storage when not in use.
Consider RFID for pallet pool management
If you lose more than 5 percent of your pallets per cycle, RFID tracking can identify where in your supply chain pallets are going missing. At $0.10 to $0.50 per tag, the cost is negligible compared to the value of a single lost pallet load. Most customers see 30 to 50 percent reduction in pallet losses within the first quarter.
